AlgoStreets provides algorithmic trading services for cryptocurrency options on Delta Exchange. The Service includes:

3. Risk Disclosure
IMPORTANT: Trading cryptocurrency options involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You should carefully consider whether trading is suitable for you in light of your financial condition.

4. User Accounts

5. API Usage
By providing your Delta Exchange API credentials, you authorize AlgoStreets to:

We will NEVER have withdrawal permissions on your account.
6. Fees and Payment
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You agree to pay all applicable fees according to your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Any performance data or returns mentioned on our platform represent historical results and should not be considered as guarantees of future performance. Individual results may vary significantly.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALGOSTREETS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlgoStreets and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AlgoStreets operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
